Ulrich Tröster

Born in 1973 in Furtwangen, Germany, I hold a degree in Electrical Engineering from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, complemented by international study experience in Australia and additional training in International Project Management.

I began my career at Continental in 2000, working in international project roles before taking responsibility for production processes in Berlin, where I led a large team and significantly improved operational efficiency. In 2004, I joined Daimler AG, contributing to warranty-cost optimization across German and U.S. development teams.

From 2007, I worked at Auto-Kabel Management GmbH, building a Sales & Engineering Center and managing major customer projects. In 2013 I moved to the PEX Automotive Group, eventually becoming General Manager. I successfully guided the company out of insolvency, doubled revenues within three years, and established a strong profitability level.

Since 2018, I have served as General Manager at Amphenol Tuchel Electronics GmbH, leading over 700 employees across three global sites with full P&L responsibility.

My focus is on strengthening operational performance, driving cultural transformation, advancing digitalization—including AI-driven processes—expanding customer relationships, and enhancing our high-voltage product portfolio.
