I am a technical specialist and engineering leader with more than 13 years of experience at One Mobility (Auto-Kabel), focusing on advanced connection technologies, low and high-voltage systems, and component investigation in the automotive sector.

I started my career in 2012 as a development engineer in advanced connection technologies. In this role, I worked on research and development of wiring harness systems and supported cable integration at OEMs such as BMW, Daimler, Porsche, Audi, VW, and Bugatti. 

From 2016 to 2019, I built up and structured a component investigation and failure analysis team. I organized and conducted internal and external training programs and carried out failure analyses on automotive components. During this period, I gained extensive experience in team leadership and technical problem solving.

Between 2019 and 2026, I served as team leader for advanced connection technology, managing development activities and coordinating cross-functional projects. I was responsible for project management, personnel leadership, and the development of customer-oriented system solutions. My work focused on overall low- and high-voltage system design, including mockup, performance, cooling and thermal behavior. I supported global production sites in implementing new technologies and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Since 2026, I have been working as a technical specialist, advising, training, and supporting internal and external colleagues and customers. I contribute to the development of system solutions and provide technical guidance across international teams.
