Thiru has over 15 years of experience in predictive simulation across various domains, including automotive, consumer electronics, and heavy machinery. He possesses extensive expertise in material characterization of metals, polymers, elastomers, and foams. Thiru is an expert on structural simulation, specializing in areas such as durability, drop impact simulation, and fatigue calculations. His professional journey includes roles as a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) engineer with Microsoft and Meta.

In 2022, Thiru joined Molex as Structural Functional leader for Predictive Engineering. He is responsible for developing high fidelity digital twins and providing risk assessments for structural design features. Thiru is working towards vision of eliminating DV test phase on automotive electrical connectors for structural requirements. He aims to achieve this by leveraging accuracy and reliability of product digital twin technology to launch differentiated products faster to market.
