Patrícia Cavaco is Head of Sustainability at Yazaki EMEA, where she drives the implementation of the regional sustainability strategy and reporting, with a strong focus on decarbonization, regulatory compliance, and measurable impact.

With over 17 years of experience in the sustainability field, she has led the definition and deployment of ESG strategies across Europe, Africa and Asia, holding consulting and in-house roles in multinational organizations across banking, aviation, manufacturing, and FMCG sectors. She has a proven track record of integrating sustainability into core business operations, supply chains, and stakeholder engagement.

Patrícia combines deep technical expertise in ESG frameworks with a strategic mindset, helping organizations turn sustainability challenges into opportunities for business value. She is currently pursuing a PhD in International Relations, focusing on geopolitics and geoeconomics, further strengthening her global perspective.

She is passionate about working with cross-functional teams and advancing forward-looking, impact-driven sustainability agendas.
