Dr. Rainer Kühne

Rainer Kühne holds a diploma degree in electrical engineering. After conducting research in the field of satellite antenna arrays he received his PhD (Dr.-Ing.) from Leibniz University Hannover. 

 He began his professional career at Robert Bosch/Blaupunkt in 2001 where he worked in various positions focused on automotive antennas in Hildesheim and Suzhou/China. 

 In 2011 he joined Volkswagen AG contributing to a number of R&D areas such as antenna systems, cyber security (including establishing a start-up in Tel Aviv/Israel), furthermore in the area of comfort-ECUs, switches and mechatronics.

 Since 2021 he has been the responsible director of wiring harness for several car projects in Wolfsburg.
