Ayhan Eşrefoğlu is a Project Director at NURSAN Kablo Donanımları, where they supply Harnesses for several OEMs and TIER1s.

He is motivated by team-work and aspire to successfull program launches through application of lean practices.

Ayhan is graduated form Bogazici University with a degree in Industrial Engineering, and went on to PLTL, PML, ME Manager roles in FAURECIA interior sytems.

During that time he developed strong program/team/budget/time management skills, and achieved several awards within the group

His  21 years of background in automotive sector, makes him adept at Project Director role.

In the future, Ayhan is looking to go on his way through  continuously learning new technologies and methods.
